Dear Candy,

I would like to send you big thanks that you take care of my questions, problems and booking since last August. From the first inquiry, until the tour everything was handled in a very professional manner and to my fullest satisfaction. You surprise me one more time, as you are the first travel agent who call me after the tour to ask, if everything was ok.

Even the tour themselves was handled very professionally from our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Mr. Thang. He led us together with our always helpful and smiling porters through the jungle of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. The trekking with its breaks was quite comfortable and in the same time stunning. Once we reached En Cave our crews set up the tent and make us feel like home.

In the next day we make our way to Son Doong Cave together with Mr. Thang, Mr. Ho-Khanh and two supporters. It was a unique and unforgettable experience for my wife and me, which we are still talking about.

On the next morning we start our hike back to the meeting point where our driver picked us up. Everything was perfectly timed and we never had the feeling that anything run out of control.

We are looking forward to try another tour with ActiveTravel Asia; maybe you can recommend me one ;)

We are very happy with the service that ACTIVETRAVEL ASIA provided. Our consultant, Candy, listened to our goals and provided a comprehensive program that achieved our travel goals. In addition, Candy was very prompt, courteous, and professional in all of the replies.

We enjoyed Hanoi and North Vietnam the most because we were able to see the day-to-day routines of Vietnamese people.  Trekking near Sapa was peaceful, homestays were very interesting, Halong Bay was gorgeous, and motorbiking was fun. Quyen Vu was our favorite guide because his English was excellent, and he was very patient, happy, and professional. We also enjoyed the bicycling and boating in the Mekong Delta area.

We did enjoy our tour through Sapa and Halong Bay.  Our guides were excellent, very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating when needed.  The food was good and plentiful and the drivers were very good. 

The kayaking was fabulous and thank-you to our guide and boat captain for accommodating our interest in paddling as much as possible.

We were 100% satisfied with the trip that ActiveTravel Asia planned for our family, our 3 guides were friendly and knowledgeable and the drivers were also very good. All the hotels were better than we expected. We booked the 12 day family adventure tour online in Australia. The walks, bike riding and kayaking were very fun and interesting and the cruise at Halong Bay way fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, healthy and well prepared. ActiveTravel Asia responded to our emails promptly & phoned us a couple of times to welcome us & make sure everything was okay  They were happy to change the tour itinerary slightly to suit our family needs when I booked.

We planned our trip from Australia over the internet. It was for 10 people with varying dietary needs and physical abilities. Ms Candy was fantastic, responding to my emails promptly and leaving us in no doubt as to how much each leg of the journey would cost and what would be provided. The hotels were clean, spacious and comfortable and of the Vietnamese culture as we wanted them to be. The guides were knowledgeable and caring both in Sapa and Halong Bay. The boat provided for our accommodation on Halong Bay was luxurious and the food was stunning. The decoration of the salads and "flowers" made out of carrots and potatoes were really something. We were taken on a fabulous tour of Halong Bay and because we stayed a bit longer than most and also stayed on Cat Ba Island for 2 nights, we saw quite a bit more than the usual tourist spots. Fabulous, relaxing and at a good price. All 10 of us were agreed that you couldn't go past Active Travel Asia for organizing a tour within Vietnam.
