Dear Candy,
I would like to send you big thanks that you take care of my
questions, problems and booking since last August. From the first inquiry,
until the tour everything was handled in a very professional manner and to my
fullest satisfaction. You surprise me one more time, as you are the first
travel agent who call me after the tour to ask, if everything was ok.
Even the tour themselves was handled very professionally
from our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Mr. Thang. He led us together
with our always helpful and smiling porters through the jungle of Phong Nha-Ke
Bang National Park. The trekking with its breaks was quite comfortable and in
the same time stunning. Once we reached En Cave our crews set up the tent and
make us feel like home.
In the next day we make our way to Son Doong Cave together
with Mr. Thang, Mr. Ho-Khanh and two supporters. It was a unique and
unforgettable experience for my wife and me, which we are still talking about.
On the next morning we start our hike back to the meeting point
where our driver picked us up. Everything was perfectly timed and we never had
the feeling that anything run out of control.
We are looking forward to try another tour with ActiveTravel
Asia; maybe you can recommend me one ;)
